When disasters strike, nurses are there. They jump into action to help those in need. During this pandemic, several states across the country have relaxed RN licensing requirements and called upon nursing students to alleviate the already burdened nursing workforce. While we still do not know the future impact that this pandemic will have on the nursing profession, the Foundation of the National Student Nurses’ Association (FNSNA) is preparing for the needs of the nursing profession today by providing scholarships for nursing students to continue their education.
